7 easy sunnah you can implement in your life every day:

Dhikr in morning and evening
Recitation of the quran
Witr prayer
Duha prayer
Sadaqah even if its small
Reciting ayatul kursi after every prayer and before sleeping
Making dua, especially in the last 3rd of the night

Try and maintain the energy you exhibited during the month of Ramadan throughout the year
Two important points especially
1. Recite Quran every day
2. Pray Witr
