The words “ill-treating” don’t really cover what happened at #WhorltonHall . These were pernicious dehumanising acts of assault done by people who were meant to provide support and care. Horrific.

It appears that they were actually charged with breaching their duties under the Mental Health Act (164). 'Ill-treatment' convictions relate to this. #WhorltonHall
