🌈💅 Staffordshire Adult Social Care Registered Managers Network celebrated #WorldWellbeingWeek yesterday with an Anxiety & Self Care Workshop from our very own Amanda Boyd. We also consulted on the LGBTQ+ Wellbeing Toolkit & new Skills for Care Learning LGBTQ+ Learning Framework.
20,000+ people attended our cook clubs last year, resulting in members feeling better educated to eat healthily & 87% now eat more fruit & veg to help maintain their wellbeing.
