45 M, NICMP, LVEF %35, ICD implanted 1 year ago. He had %30 PVC burden and frequent nsVT. All PVC and nsVT terminated by applying RF on the posterior mitral annulus. I plan to extract his ICD if his LVEF increases to normal values. Does anyone disaggree with me? # Zerofluoro
