The intersection of & in GME is a BUSY one.

Proceed with caution.

should align w/ your assessment, but does it speed on thru w/o noticing a learner's needs?

Any other intersections to stop on yellow?

Will definitely be using the mood meter to gauge comfort level with students when discussing race, racism, or anti-oppression. Great way to establish safety and allow learners to express their feelings in an authentic manner.

One successful event does NOT stop the work that STILL needs to be done. At the wrap up of it listed who should be involved and staff were not included. While not intentional, we need to make staff being acknowledged as educators within medical education the norm.
