Lifelong Surveillance with endo repair is critical. Elderly pt repaired in 2000. Last US in 2014, with 8cm aneurysm with disruption of anterior wall of the graft right at flow divider. No room to cuff. 4v fenestrated modified flex. Home POD2. Crazy images of old graft.

Challenging 4v PMEG for type 1a endoleak from a previous Endurant. Had to use a couple of these techniques for cannulation: coda backboard for celiac and then loop snare the Aptus to prevent kickback for left renal (fen crossing Endurant suprarenal stent).
