Wild rose grows in the in , usually in relatively high, dry areas. The petals may be picked in June for medicine. Rose hips are picked when they ripen in Sept & may be made into a tea.

It’s wild raspberry picking season. Look for raspberries near water, along the banks of rivers where there is a lot of grass. Wild raspberry bushes provide birds & other small wildlife with shelter.
