Fermilab DUNE Science CERN If I may suggest, it is easier, faster, and cheaper to fix the root issue which is that there has been a lack of imagination when it comes to examining point charge assembly architectures in the 1900's, 1930's (neutron), and 1960's ('fractional' charge).

Fermilab Education Office DUNE Science @Fermilab Maybe you could measure the mass of neutrino by the fact that they go through the earth, moon, etc, but photons dont, so maybe a gravity detecting laser or something could measure that difference between where theres light and neutrinos vs only neutrinos some distance away?
