モータードライバはGND切り離すべきか悩んだけど、今回の基盤の結果次第で。
そして完成した勢いで注文かけようとしたらJLCPCBのサイトでエラーが出まくって進まないので、一旦寝てから再度挑戦しよう…。

手元にESP32S3があったので郵便受けに入れてRSSI測ってみた。赤線がCoded PHY(Long Range)。エレベーターの中で受信してる感じだと5階あたりが限界っぽい。郵便受けの扉で15〜20dB落ちてるからアンテナの工夫でもうちょっと伸びるか？

Aliexpressで購入したESP32-S3-WROOM-1Uですが、動作はしたのですが、クロックが1/4以下で動作しているようで、滅茶滅茶遅かった。こちらも交換です。バラバラになってしまいました。
