Always fun when I get to see Mark Plotkin. Every year I assign his book, Tales of a Shaman’s Apprentice, in my plants and people class. Looking forward to his most recent book, The Amazon: What Everyone Needs to Know. @plotkin907

Another great day at JPR on Tezzeron lake. Ethnobotany from Elder Jonas, and learning about hummingbirds. Can you pretend to be a flower long enough to feed a hummingbird? ⁦Denise Augustine⁩ ⁦Paige Fisher⁩ ⁦Mia Moutray (she/her)

Couldn’t help but be excited that pictures of us and our work are still up in the Nat Geo lobby! Grace Gobbo and I collaborated with the Ha in exploring their Ethnobotany in Tanzania.
