There no words that do justice to the impact that #EvanStark had. Quite simply, he 'got' domestic abuse, defining coercive control, & was the most entertaining speaker. He made us both laugh & listen, & had queues of people wanting to meet him at Women's Aid conference. A legend.

Gutted to read that Evan Stark has died. He was such a good man who did so much to further people’s understanding of coercive control. He was also a hoot. I had two great nights with him out in Cambridge years ago. He made me laugh so hard. RIP #evanstark
