Late post w pt permission. PERT activation this week. 64 yo female presenting w CP/SOB for 4 hours. Intubated for RF in ED. SaO2 88% on 100%FiO2. BP initially stable. PASP 51 initially. BP went to 80/60. Inari flowtriever. Sat 100% on table, PASP 21. Extubated 6 hours later.

24hrs after Flowtriever thrombectomy of Rt PA and EKOS to Lt PA: extubated, 40% high flow, all pressors/inotropes/flolan off, just a heparin drip! (no conflicts of interest)

29 yo male with portal vein and SMV thrombus 2 weeks following appendectomy. Unable to drink water without having severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. DC’d home POD1 s/p FlowTriever thrombectomy tolerating bland diet and boost. Eating full meals one week later.
