NUTR250_Foodborneillness She has n upset stomach, is vomiting, and bloody diarrhea. Her broiled rare steak cold cause a food borne illness. Also she got greens from food at a dinner with her friends. To prevent this she could cook her steak more and get fresher greens.

Erin had abdominal cramps and stomach problems which are not flu symptoms. The rare steak might be the problem. The leftovers needed to be properly sealed. Erin needs to consume Omega-3 for inflammation. Make sure to cook at 165F.
