$10 genomes in a day? That’s the new goal post…
Is sequencing commoditization accelerating?

The incredible complexity of the human species is not due to our genetics (many plants have massive genomes)
Thyroid, progesterone, pregnenolone, etc - The youth hormones' constant 'dialogue' with the mitochondria is what makes us more than a walking cell colony.

Human beings have been altering plant genomes for millennia.

Agriculture appeared around 10,000 years ago, and since then farmers and scientists have been manipulating a wide variety of crops.

We have only just learnt how to do it a little quicker.

I am looking at this figure from Green. Chloroplast genomes of photosynthetic eukaryotes. Plant J. 66, 34–44 (2011). I swear it's the original (look at the unikonts label 🤣)

1. Much human genetic variation is phenotypically meaningless. Why? Cooperative genes are locked in a forever war w/ selfish genes. The cooperative genes have won most battles but now our genomes are littered with the dead & decaying bodies of a million selfish genes. 🧵

According to a recent ancient genomes study, the British & Roman empires were the most genetically autistic peoples of the sample. This fits with autism being brain over-masculinization. The most masculine populations will also be the most autistic.

Statements like 'your genome' are nonsensical.

Genomes are a fictitious, computer only construct; nothing to do with your body.

2/ After Kevin Mckernan tested vials of the mRNA vaccines of both Pfizer and Moderna, Dr. Phillip Buckhaults tested many vials too, and found DNA plasmid contamination in all of the vials he tested.
'The DNA can and likely will integrate into the genomes of transfected cells.'

Genes make
Everything you are.
No escaping that.
Endless generations
Sharing genomes over time.

Grateful for most,
Exasperated at others. Sometimes
No end of trouble
Enrages my body. Genes or
Shite coincidence? Not sure.
