Today is my Mom’s 71st birthday.
Last September her home was flooded from #HurricaneIan & on 1/3/23 she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer.
Today she got to see her home completely remodeled as a surprise.
And we both are determined to beat this lung cancer for good.

It’s been a long, trying year but I’m grateful.

Today is the anniversary of #HurricaneIan that decimated Ft Myers Beach & killed my father. 💔
His official date of death isn't for another 107 days when his boat & body were finally found submerged.
I miss him so much, & I'm grateful for all who looked for him. 🫶
