In #Scotland , we've been waiting for effective management in Marine Protected Areas for over 10 years; and still, Scottish Government & Scot Gov Marine quibble over the process.

This is why Open Seas challenged them in court.

You've been stalling on this for over ten years; you know it must be done - to save #Scotland 's seas, & coastal communities.

While you're doing that, you can also put in a 5km #InshoreLimit ; & so reduce carbon dispersal.

This will protect a huge area of the coastal sea bed, allowing the recovery of many species, & increase 'blue carbon' storage.
