The decade plus of desk work has caught up to me; my arms are too fucking weak to shoot my carbine effectively.

What are good workouts to remedy this? I have a set of dumbells, a 10 pound kettlebell, and access to a lat pulldown machine.

β€’ Hinge at your hips
β€’ Engage your glutes to drive the kettlebell up
β€’ Keep your back straight (not rounded)

β€’ Stand with legs split
β€’ Lean forward at the waist (back straight)
β€’ Circle the kettlebell around the front leg
β€’ Go in both directions

Vaidehi Swings exercise is criminally ignored. A 10 minute of Kettlebell burns 150-200 calories.

The interesting thing, swings make you feel weightless in most times. You can try on dumbells. I can do only 100 at one go.
