I’m only starting to learn kubernetes and might eat my words, but I dunno, doesn’t seem THAT complex. Feels like everything I’ve ever wanted and extremely mature.

Why all the fear mongering?

Why does Kubernetes prefer using YAML arrays w/ an identifier field vs dictionaries? Aren't the dictionaries a more natural way to express items with unique identifiers (at the cost of losing ordering which doesn't seem to matter?)

I don't know the answer.
