Remembering Óglach Mícheál Ó h-Ighne, D. Company, 2nd Battalion, South-West Donegal Brigade, Óglaigh na hÉireann who died for Ireland 1921. Mícheál aged 31 was dragged from his home in Malinbeg and beaten, then executed by drunken Auxiliaries. Buried Cashel, Glencolmcille.

Another recent illustration I worked on for the Cape Clear festival. Cape is probably the most regular site in Ireland to see one, this was based on one from the opposite end of the country in Malinbeg last Autumn.
