A quick update.
We will be seeing Mandy Botswick in a few weeks for a check up, then a couple of weeks after visiting Mandy it is up to Birmingham for the scan.

2 of our cyclists are just leaving Instow, we think around 40 mins until they arrive at Tesco, Braunton. Our other 2 cyclists are hot in their tails.
