Bolt South Africa Deducting pre-auth charges when one has cancelled the ride & not taken it is not right. And the customers have to struggle for Incorrect charges levied. What a poor service !!!!

Bolt South Africa Bolt the pre-authorization amt was deducted in my case for a cancelled ride and I'm awaiting my refund for almst a month. Evry time I talk to customer services, they say it's done from thr done and share invoice ID. Hwevr, the amt is not received on the bank side

Bolt Bolt South Africa pathetic customer service.
They keep on repeating the same script wthot trying to resolve the Cx issue. For a bank to verify a transaction, it hs to be reflcted in the accnt or thr need to be a Trx ID which they can trace. Invoice ID can't be traced by bank
