Ofsted tomorrow

Well, I wish there could have been more sector involvement in determining the reforms, but I cannot pretend, after the week just passed, that it isn't a blessed relief to hear Ofsted reform being championed.

The ‘elephant in the room’ is the number of Headteachers who are still suicidal and those who are still being subjected to or dealing with the aftermath of horrific and inhumane Ofsted inspections. Let’s be clear on that one.

Evaluation of Strengths,areas for development, but NO single meaningless grade!
