Olivomareに久しぶりに行ったけど新メニュー？のカラスミとあさりのロリギッタス（サルディニアの手作りパスタ）が美味しかったから、やっぱりここは期待裏切らないよ〜‼︎

リング状パスタはもちもちでそこにアサリとカラスミの出汁効いた濃厚ソースがねっとり絡まってうみゃ〜😍

Victoria駅にあるイタリアンレストラン。名物のカラスミパスタはクリーミーで、パウダー以外にスライスも載っているのでかなり堪能しました。2枚目はウニのディップ的なもので、これがとんでもなく美味しかったです。濃厚旨味尽くしだったのでボディ強めのサルディーニャの白と共に🍾

どうしてもリゾットと白ワイン飲みたい熱が高くて行ってきた。
パスタとティラミスが凄く美味しかった。
普段デザート食べないけどこのティラミスなら全然行ける😍次はもっと暖かい日にテラス席で食べたい。

ロンドンのレストラン📍Olivomareが好きすぎて、本場の味を楽しむべくSardiniaへ🇮🇹名物のbottarga（からすみ）料理を沢山いただいて大満足。セロリと合わせたサラダが美味しいという発見🌿車ないと移動が大変って聞いてたけど、約40キロを自転車爆速させたりして笑、ごはんもビーチも満喫できた☺️
