Patient w/ 10d of diarrhea.Stool culture grew 1) red/clear colonies on XLD 2) NLF GNR on MAC 3) grey spready colonies on BAP. The organism was oxidase, indole &urease neg and was identified as E.coli by MALDI-TOF. What organism is this?
