Disappointed with my recent LG TV purchase via Flipkart, Open box delivery was fine, but found a display defect post-installation. I'm well within the 10-day return policy, but struggling to get a response from both Flipkart and LG.

Hathway Broadband Registered a “shift connection request” on 26/04/24 to shift on 1st May, which was cancelled by technician. On 2nd May created another ticket for it but even after 48hrs it is not sorted and no one has even called.
