I did a GWAS with 50 undergrad nonmajors where everyone was responsible for phenotyping 3 accessions and, like, it wasn't a complete failure?

I hope my students were as hyped as I was that our result wasn't a suburban plot rather than a Manhattan plot.

Very interesting new article on Long COVID phenotyping was published in Nature Immunology.

I find this really interesting, because it seems they were looking at mechanisms, not biomarkers specifically, which is more appropriate for therapeutic targeting
