So I went to Pilates this morning & at the end of class as I’m wiping down my machine, I hear a woman yell “ SERIOUSLY, YOU’RE IN HERE WITH THIS BITCH!?”… I Turned around so fast cause BITCH WHO?!
the key to become your fittest self is to do more than on type of movement. what pilates will give you can’t be done with weights alone, what cardio will give you can’t be done with pilates alone and so on. You need to implement more than one discipline in your routine.
