See that tag👆🏾 , ain’t happening if U don’t protect ya (ROM). I.e., how far U can move or stretch a part of ya body, such as a joint, ligament/muscle. It differs 4 all.
🚨At 40🎂, ROM should be a priority for life.

The older I get the more mobility grabs my attention. I’m doing a hip CARs which is taking the hip through it’s pain free tange of motion. I guess I’m making progress because my hamstrings don’t cramp when I do this now.

Assisted is growing. Stretching extends muscles & improves flexibility. Assisted stretching is gaining traction as a way to not only to ⬆️ , but also to alleviate chronic aches & pains. B4 paying someone, teach y/self.

Stay long, stay strong. Protect ya . Don’t short y/self, we shrink as it is. Yep, as we age we get shorter. That’s why its important to protect ya .Your ability to extend, rotate, bend, etc. is NECESSARY.
