Diane from Roundhay in Leeds was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2021 after completing the bowel screening test kit she received in the post.

She is now urging others to take part in screening when invited.

José Been Royal Armouries and Leeds Dock area along the River Aire is good. Plenty of decent places to eat in that area.

If you have time to travel Roundhay Park is the biggest open space locally.
