Having recently enjoyed #SafiyyahsWar Hiba Noor Khan I bought #TheGrandMosqueOfParis - a beautiful picture book created by Karen Gray Ruelle & Deborah Durland Desaix, which is a nonfiction account of a little-known story of the Holocaust & interfaith relations. Holiday House Publishing, Inc.
Sobbing at my current read, #SafiyyahsWar , set in Paris in 1940. 'The cries from broken hearts only speak one language. Their screams echo up to the heavens like no other sound. My Lord, grant ease to the broken-hearted.' Grant, too, that we might know peace now.
