Pankaj Bansal Smartworld Developers Pvt. Ltd. 1. The first release of allotment letter had wrong kyc details. 2. The amount and date of cheques given was/still incorrect. 3. We were not informed about the change of Bank. 4. Moreover, Smartworld never mentioned any impact on comfort letter.
