Test batch of Chili for a Cook-off at work. Turned out 😋🤤!! Used Szechuan Powder. Added some Sweet SoyGlaze to the Oniions and Meat. A bit of Soy Sauce and Liquid Smoke. The finishing touches were adding a bit of my own Homemade Salsas. Spicy & satisfying!!
