“Watching the processing of a whale is a hypnotic and surreal experience. It’s a stark reminder that this should not be happening. These majestic creatures contribute so much to our world and deserve better. We apologize to the whale. 💔

I’m at the Embassy of Iceland in London on behalf of Whale & Dolphin Conservation (WDC) to show our deep disappointment that the the slaughter of fin whales is to resume as soon as tomorrow. No one at the embassy was available to answer my questions.

Where’s this in the news?! Two women have chained themselves to the whaling boats in Reykjavík Harbour after Iceland lifted the whaling ban, approving more killing of fin whales 😟 Whaling must remain a bad stain of the past…. Not part of our present/future

The Icelandic government has made a horrific decision to allow .

To have been so close to these vessels during the suspension and now knowing they will go out as soon as tomorrow to kill fin whales is heartbreaking. Hunting whales can never be done humanely.
