What’s wrong with Hyundai USA ? They sell you a defective car and might take days to diagnose/fix but don’t give you transport help. Do I pay monthly and also go and rent a car while they take their sweet time to fix it?
Why is so painful to work with Bank of America for a long term customer like me that too preferred one. Their mortgage process is just killing me. I am seriously thinking this relationship isn’t worth and I better move my stuffs to another bank.

H&R Block Support Your communication is not consistent. I have waited enough. I’ll give you ONLY ONE DAY time. If I don’t hear back by tomorrow this time I go to a different place for tax return, I dispute credit card transaction and file a consumer affairs complaint against HRBlock.

H&R Block Support Courtney, I know it’s not your fault and you all at CS are just trying to help. I am just super frustrated with @HRBlock communication system and everyday it provides me reason not to use the service. Tax filing is a time sensitive matter and I can’t just wait too long.
