Last BOAC Comet service arrives at London Airport (1965)

This was a 40-hour, 8-stop flight. Quite a small aircraft for such a route (c.80 seats), possibly subject to a Foreign Office subsidy as embassies probably main customers.

It passes a VC10, its replacement on many routes.
