Virginia Beach, VA is a fucking lie. DC housing prices for highways, no walkability, and a shitty tourist beach.

Yes now talk about car manufacturers and gas giants that lobby our governments in to creating cities centred around car transportation and not public transportation, walkability and community spaces 🙏🏾

My real estate development thesis is that the demand for walkable neighborhoods is much higher than the supply.

To take advantage of that demand, you can build more housing in existing walkable neighborhoods, or create new pockets of walkability.

Want walkability? You can have it, in your private garden.

Meanwhile, if you want to cross the road, you need to risk your life jogging across 7 lanes. No crossing facilities will be provided.

OMG just stop it.

Politicians & corporations: Our urban neighbourhoods are NOT playgrounds to simply put tolled elevated highways like toys.

They are NOT viable. They don’t solve traffic congestion and they destroy a city’s walkability which is needed for last mile access.

Koishi's Quest 2.0 is now live!

We have fixed item hitboxes, adjusted walkability of certain levels and fixed a bug with the audio of the closing scene after collection feedback.

Thanks for playing and please give us a rating! itch.io/jam/touhou-fan…

It's interesting to look at US Google Search trends for 'affordable cities' vs. 'walkable cities'.

10 years ago 'walkable' had far less interest, but now it's risen to 70% of 'affordable's search volume.

Increasingly walkability is a massive factor in where people want to live.

'The Atlanta Braves' home stadium ranks 13 out of 30 MLB stadiums for walkability'

There's walkable, and then there's what Unplanned Atlanta calls 'strollable'.

Yes you can stroll around inside the Battery once you're there. But no, this isn't a walkable place.

is a waste of money, it's taking people away from Downtown Cincinnati. Walkability is better. Connector

has already been proven a loser.

The City of Cincinnati politicians don't care, they look at it as a way to gain a few votes.

Does Belabog really deserve the title of “walkable city”? Its infrastructure allows for walkability, but has the bleakness of industrialization, lacking mercy on those traversing it. In many such ways, the Overground feels more sorrowful than below
