بچوں کی پرورش کا حق:

اس امر میں اُمتِ مسلمہ کا اجماع ہے کہ بچہ کی پرورش کی مستحق سب سے پہلے اُس کی ماں ہے۔ البتہ اس اَمر میں اختلاف ہے کہ بچہ یا بچی کی پرورش کا حق ماں کو کتنی عمر تک رہتا ہے۔
