6 families at a park with kids 6 & under- kids can ride, but it's not safe, so the parents carry their bikes to the park. Give kids safe streets!

This is a great idea, the only possible issue is access to driveways in some places.

In #yeg , 102ave would have been better as a low traffic street with no on street parking, no bike lane, modal filters every block or two, and no stop signs for traffic on 102 Ave.

As I'm about to hit 4,000 km on my gravel bike, I'm planning an actual century ride. 100 miles / 161 km in one day. Probably in August and after bike packing.

Other #yegbike friends, how did you prepare for this? I've done 100 km (twice) but that extra 61 km seems intimidating.
