On Wednesday we established a mobile command center in Oakland with the help of York County EMA. With hundreds of crews working in the area, they check in here before heading out to compete assigned restoration work.

-Lee has shifted east, however we will still be greatly impacted
-Lee arrives late Friday night
-Wind gusts over 50 mph along the coast
-CMP is anticipating up to 300,000 power outages

-Nearly 90k customers without power (out of 128k)
-Downed power lines are scattered along side roads
-Winds and snow starting to pick up
-Low visibility
-York County EMA expects to open warming & charging centers this afternoon
