All are effective at⬇️symptoms of patients presenting with migraine. The lowest NNT for this list is subcutaneous sumatriptan, with a NNT of ~2 patients➡️most effective Tx by this metric

This was a hair braid in the X-ray, doing a good impression of various pathologies (has caught me out before). CXR with hair out of the frame shown.

Chest pain resolved, a sinister cause was never found. D/C home.

This is scrub typhus. Common in Thailand. Characteristic-looking lesion. Fever, headache & myalgia common. Too many systemic features for cutaneous leishmaniasis (and too soon) & rash not typical of Chikungunya or Lyme's. Tx usually doxycycline.

(25) Ocular can be used to infer ICP (➡️not a perfect test for this). We're seeing papilloedema (protruding optic nerve) on US, rather than with fundoscopy. Optic nerve sheath diameter > 6mm also suggests high ICP, as in this case. Patient had a large SDH

Despite this 'positive' D-dimer, the probability of DVT-PE has actually⬇️. The ~500 cutoff is often considered a binary +ve/-ve. But the likelihood ratios for D-dimers 500-1000ng/mL are below one & do not⬆️the chance of DVT-PE. Refs in the original post.
