Would you like to work on (arguably) the best ever pathogen genomics dataset? We’re recruiting postdocs to work on:

SARS-CoV-2 evolutionary genomics, including within-host evolution and transmission

Genomic Surveillance of pathogens

Deadline 17th November, noon, UK time.

Would be very interesting to see if this phenomenon of co-packaging exists in clinical RSV+flu co-infections. At the genetic level, viruses from patients co-infected with both look just the same as RSV and IAV viruses from singly-infected patients from the same population.
