In ~2 weeks @MetaAI released a model that 'Segment Anything' (SAM) (tree segmentation test by Dr. Matheus Pinheiro Ferreira) and the DINOv2 model that estimates forest height from 0.5m satellite imagery (example research.facebook.com/blog/2023/4/ev…).
