We celebrate the countless artists who have graced the stage over the past decade at the Kampala International Theatre Festival.

Lloyd Lutara is one of Tebere’s adopted family members, although he doesn’t know it yet. (Shhh… don’t tell him) He is a former playwright in residency, we produced his play Rope in 2022 and we are still doing big things together. He is the dramaturg for the playwrights. 🎊

Today, we had the final play readings of our Emerging Artists 2023/24 Cohort at Ndere Cultural Centre.

We were also glad to have our friends from Stichting DOEN sit in to watch the Readings.

Apart from Mukalazi Edwin, who else is itching for some toe-tapping, heart-stirring musical theatre at the Kampala International Theatre Festival?
