Last weekend the local government hosted a “wildlife loving day” at my local lake, LuomaHu. Wonderful to see native species, including a critically endangered dragonfly, being celebrated! Building awareness of, and pride for, the community’s natural neighbours.

I can't read the article but, if true, I am ashamed that my country, once a leader on environmental issues, is now not only a laggard but moving in the wrong direction. We depend on a stable climate+a healthy environment. Incorporating these issues into financial sector is key.

Recently, we put up 10 signs in the center of Yushu, on both sides of the Zhaqu River, to show people the habits, habitat and population status of Eurasian otters in Yushu. The contents incorporated the results of the otter surveys we have done in Yushu since 2017.
