Well, this is not good.

Cops are not there to welcome and play host, they are meant to make you feel safe and keep you safe. The uniform is a sense of pride for many. It is also designed for quick access and easy movement. This is a really ridiculous move.

When it comes to water security, South Asia lags, with less than min integration. However on climate & energy there is some measure of cooperation which can be built upon to include water.

It's not that we can't do it, we seem to lack imagination of how to!
