I was lucky enough to be invited to Thomas by Tom Simmons last night where I was fed this outrageously good beef wellington which at £50 (£25 pp) including two sides is one of the most wallet friendly ways to eat some of the best cooking you can find in Cardiff.

We can't wait to start serving up this beautiful set menu this week at Thomas! Available on weekdays throughout May for both lunch & early bird dinner reservations, our chefs have really pulled out all the stops this month.

Friends staying for the weekend. Took them to Thomas by Tom Simmons and we decided to have the tasting menu. Had such a great time that I didn’t take any more photos and our Irish friend saying “Yes. Yes to everything” was quite possibly the best decision of the evening. ANHYGOEL.👏🏻
