Everyday is #TakeMeOutsideDay @pcps! Engaging with our outdoor learning space daily has allowed students to develop personal relationships with the natural world. It was a student idea to create posters to help protect our beloved birch.

Day39: 50in50! We are highlighting York Region DSB outdoor submissions in all seasons. Shining a spotlight on a worm & living things inquiry w/ Tiiu Strutt at Prince Charles PS— Imagine if we could remain as curious as a child? Continue asking Q’s...? #50forwardYRDSB #questions #natureconnection
Our worm inquiry has expanded into an inquiry into all living things in the courtyard. We look up, down & in the ground, making observations and asking questions. Painting & Sharing Circles are helping us build our knowledge & understanding.
