Just attended Maternity inpatient Quality Control meeting. The team displayed exceptional grip, control and proud ownership; sustaining improvements to care and experience provided for our Dudley women. Smashing national targets. Continuous learning, iterative improvement cycles.

I had my covid and 'flu jabs at the same time as Alan but as I didn't have a short sleeve shirt, comms said my photo wasn't appropriate to share 😂

Matron said “identifying appropriate patients for transfer to our ward means nurses say ‘that’s our patient in AMU, we need to discharge to the lounge to free a bed so they can be moved here and we can look after them in the right place.” Perfect ‘Pull and Flow’ mindset! 👍👏😊
