Nak tulis apa tu, ikut citarasa sendiri. Tp make sure kalau ada benda yg abnormal (pain, discomfort) masa run tu tulis bila jd or KM berapa rasa dan part mana. Injury berat biasanya terjadi sbb kita duk push injury yg pd awalnya masih ringan, kumpul2 akhirnya dia jd makin teruk.

Contoh training log aku. Org kata strava dh ada wat pe nk tulis lagi. Utk aku tulis ni mudah bila nk baca balik, just selak je.

App hny ada distance, pace, time, HR. Tapi mcm mn cuaca, body feel, mkn/minum, rest condition tu semua xde, but IMO penting lebih2 lg if mudah injured

Thirstday 10 Miler. My longest run in a long time.

Run fuelled by beetroot & orange juice, no water break in between.

Feel grateful to have gained a little bit of confidence to increase LR mileage gradually.

Thanks to HRV data that happens to fall within normal range.

👉 If you do an easy run in the morning and by lunch you can feel your AM run, then you aren't running easy enough.

Easy runs should be so easy that you almost feel as you didn't even run that day.
