See the world (La Kretz Garden Pavilion) in a dewdrop 💧🌎 Small Cape Rush (Elegia tectorum) is from the South African Cape Provinces. This perennial's bright green stems are adorned with mahogany bands that are actually protective sheaths, shielding new growth along its joints.
